Stalin expressed confidence that all these circumstances taken together, will lead to further strengthening of the united front of the Allies and other united nations in their struggle for the victory over Nazi tyranny. This was all the more important that the dissolution of the Comintern took place when the Germans strained his last strength, and only a general onslaught organization could finish off the fascist beast, and thus relieve the peoples from the fascist yoke. Following the formal dissolution of the Comintern, Stalin continued to show interest in the activities of foreign Communist Parties, met with Secretary General of the Italian Communist Party Palmiro Togliatti, Secretary General of the French Communist Party, Thorez and other leaders of the fraternal Communist Parties. So, Stalin suggested that the Italian Communists to join the monarchical government of Marshal Badoglio and do not require immediate abdication of the king; French Communists advised to dissolve their militias, pursue the creation of a united left block, to cooperate with General de Gaulle's government. Warns the Polish Communists from any steps that could be interpreted as a policy of "Sovietization" of Poland. Yugoslav Communists do not form advised the authorities controlled by Communists.
