That's why we decided to ask themselves vnelegalam. So we learned that their principal claim - for the law, understand why they needed recognition in the legal system. We decided to explore the legal side of the issue and determine how it affects the decision - whether to act within the law or extralegal, as well as on the results of this choice. To quantify this effect, the Institute held a number of field studies. Below are the results of our studies. Firstly, we show the price of submission to the laws, - and it is expressed in the decision to initiate, continue or discontinue the activities of the law or extralegal. Then it comes to the cost of violation of laws - than to pay for the lack of protection and additional opportunities arising from the activities of extra-legal institutions. We also demonstrate how much it costs all of Peruvian society as a whole. Finally, we consider the meaning of the law in general, and especially in the development process.
